we recently purchased a platinum 480 pc based dvr. maybe a year or so ago. we lost the cd rom with the remote client software on it. we contacted the people we bought it from because it has been removed from their web site as well. they said "they no longer support that unit but let me tell you about our new line of dvr". bottom line can anyone help me get a copy of the remote client software so i can use my dvr again. thanks.

i did search on google and it came up right away, dont know if that is the same one, but you could check with them.

Edit - sorry the Platinum 480 I saw uses Windows 2000.

Do you have a brand name for this DVR?
