Can someone please send me the file or utility needed to unlock the password in Geovision? The user did not check the option to enable the "remove the password" feature during installation. Thanks!

Would it work if I uninstall the software and remove anything related to Geovision from the registry then reboot and reinstall the software?

in the C:\gv folder you have application named "PassUnInStall.exe".

This will only work if the "Allow Removing Password System" tickbox was checked under Password Setup
