I just bought a DVR (DS-7204HI-VSM / HIKVISION??). It came with an installer for client software. I set up IP & Gateway for DVR & try to ping it SUCCESSFULLY. After finished installed client software, still can't connect to DVR. Help please. :cry: . Thks.
