what can I do to fix this problem? If i restart the DVR system it goes away but later comes back. green rectangle boxes covering the camera picture...what do i do???

This has been on here for awhile but it sounds like if you go into your settings select "recording" and then on the right side unclick "show mask" they should go away.

I recall something like this happening to me a while back. I believe the problem was with the resolution settings. If you select different monitor layouts (1 screen, 4 screens, 9 etc...) does the problem change or go away? Also what version of the software do you have installed? You may need to get the latest version/drivers.
