I have a project, i´m going to install 16 arecont vision cameras
(1) 8MP CAMERA
(3) 5MP CAMERAS
( 8 ) 3MP CAMERAS
AND (4) 1MP CAMERAS

i´m thinking in onssi for the nvr, onssi have a tool in its webpage
that allow you to calculate the storage and the hardware.
That tool recomended me 1 server with 2 Dual Core Intel Xeon 4MB Cache, 3.00GHz, 1333MHz FSB, 2gb memory ram, and 1tb of HD.
But the tool sais that the server only recorded the video and all video monitoring is done on the video client applications running on the client user's machines.
What kind of server its necessary for record and show live video?

How many FPS are your recording on each camera?

all cameras will be recording at 9fps
