hi folks....

I have a problem -looked at all the posts scanned google for hours and no luck !

Im testing a panasonic wv-cs570 PTZ dome, I have a PC connected thru a rs485 converter [5v there and I can see data]
Its connected to the RX of the camera [green and yellow wires.]
the boot screen shows cam1 8n1 so its all good there.

the manual is very vague on DIP Sw2 it says sw1 for termination yep easy
but 2-3-4 all on for 2wire -I take it thats just RX mode [green yellow]?

I think I have the comms ok its the protocol [panasonic C] I tried a few programs and protocols pelco D/P lilin/etc and no joy.

Any ideas? Is there any software that will do the panasonic ?
oh I hear a secret that you can tell it to use 'pelco protocols' by setting the DIP switches and rebooting but cant find the info...
