Can anyone help, i had a system installed at home, i,m having a problem running the viewer software on my laptop. I can view the hard drive no problem but the program crashes as soon as i start to back it up to my laptop. Is it possible to download an alternative ? I can t ask the installer because he doesnt seem to provide tech support. The system is HDR-04GE. Many many thanks
