problems executing multiview in geovision remote access

Hi,

When I try to connect via browser to geovision system,
After I select multiview connection and I enter the login and password, the background stays with Execute but the popup window camera application never comes !

What is hapenning ?

I tried with other geovision servers and they work.

sounds like a very slow connection or a version issue.

Do you have ActiveX enabled in IE?

Also, what version are you connecting to, and which other versions worked for you in the past?

I found the problem. port 5550 was closed.

I found superscan software very handy to scan open ports.
