Has anyone ever used a slingbox? what are the minimum requirement i would need on my laptop computer? Thanks

I played with one on a cell phone once. The guy had his Tivo on it. I liked it .

Is there a monthly service fee for Slingbox? You could hook up a camera and that would be a nice video server which you could watch cameras anywhere.

No subscription fee's, but if you want to use your PDA they get another 30 bucks for software. Software for the PC and MAC is free.
