Is there any way we can stop the PC automatically restarting when a camera signal is lost.

It causes such a problem

We have just had a system which has spent the full night resetting itself and now windows wont boot and it looks like we will need to re install

so frustrating

The question is.....Why do you keep losing a camera signal?

What OS are you using and dvr card?

the one i had was doing it to start with but not anymore, i disable video loss beep if that means anything ... yes we have to fix the problem but still :-)

geovision cards on xp pro.

If a camera is damaged or fails for whatever reason. In the time between us being notified the system could have already been in its restarting loop and could eventually stop booting
