i have a vcr and dvr setup. I need to know how to connect a 10 switch toggle box up tyo my system. Can anyone help.?? There is a "video out" port on the bak of the toggle box but i 'm not sure where i would connect it. Thanks

Im not familiar with the term toggle box, can you describe what it is?

Take the video out from the DVR and plug it into port1 on the toggle, then VCR on port2 and connect your display to the video out of the switch.
Optionally you can use the loops on the VCR/DVR to send duplicate feeds to specific ports on the toggle. The first method would leave 8 ports unused. If you have looping outputs you should consider this for your more important feeds.
