Since an electrical storm one of my Gv 600 is prsenting the message "no video" on the 4 cam window, I thing the lightning came in through the rg cable into the capture card, the pc works fine and the 4 cameras are working too, i've tried to test the card on another pc but i've donwloaded Gv system software from Geovisions website and says: "3vcc.dll error". I have readed that this is tipical error when software is not the right version for the card model.
Wich soft should i need to test the card on the other pc? (I have no original cd)
Is it posible to fix the card changing some chip/component?
Does the garanty cover that king of avery?
