What kind of tool bag, or tool box do you guys use? I currently use a tool bag for my hand tools, and Im thinking of putting a craftsman roller tool box in the side door of my van. I can get pretty much everything in it, and I can take it out, if necessary

Flambeau makes an excellent assortment of products for carrying small parts, etc. I have used one for years and wouldn't "part" :) with it for the world. Find them at http://www.flambeaucases.com/toolboxes/tool_boxes.html#drcab

I purchased a tool drawer fro my Yuk. It fits in behind the rear seats, is 14 inches tall, and extends to the back door. Drawer slides out 4 ft. I toss everything in it. I also use a 14.5 ft. telesteps ladders, commercial one.great ladder for quick trips up % down.

So much of my time has me hanging off of ladders, that I use a tool bag so hopefully everything I will need will be within easy reach. The thought of having to make any more trips up and down a ladder than needed makes me feel like I am waisting time.

My Van has 3 different sets of tool bags. One loaded with everything for rough in of wiring, A second mostly for trimming out electrical. Lastly is a set moslty for trimming out low voltage. It has the hand tools more specific for that need and two huge framer type bags to carry a supply of what ever I am putting in at the time.

With my bags weighing up to 20+ lbs at times, I have found that the suspenders to be a must to prevent back and hip problems as the years go by. At 45 I can still run a 40 minute mile

I use the same type roll out drawers as VST_Man. It is nice to be able to have my van stacked to the roof with boxes of materials, yet I can pull out the drawers to access most commonly needed tools, supplies.

Hey guys, I use mutli-tip good old American Craftsman screw driver with 6 various tips combined that does 95% what I need to get done.. :D

Haha Scorpion, that is exactly what i have, and am trying to get away from. I try to separate my cctv parts boxes, from my other low-voltage stuff. I might have 6 gas stations to do in 3 days. Just trying to save time, by putting the drills/bits, fish tapes, etc, back in the truck with ezy reach. This would only work for camera jobs, but, thats what im doing next week.

How many of you guys have a one or two of these in your toolbox.
Maybe it is because of my "Sparky" electrician roots, but I have come to depend on these

I call them my "Low Torque cordless screwdrivers that never need recharging" until my wrist calls it quits

No body appreciates those kind of tools until they have to trim out a very large house with wall plates!!
