helo friend, you can try to unplug the HDD, and turn on your DVR, after that try to press 5 time pause or stop button to reset to factory default. because most of the DVR is using this hidden method. hope thsi will help you.

Hello everyone, i am new here may i know anyone using rapidos standalone dvr? because i just bought 1 recently, i face a problem for the remote view. The problem is i configure all setting, LAN view is ok, but through WAN, there is no picture come out. this DVR will load to one page and we need to put in password, after i insert password, there is no picture come out. may i know got anyone face this problem before? 2nd question: i have another one DVR(same brand), the problem is after a few day connect through IE, i cannot view already. i need to restart the DVR in order to view using IE thanks
