    Video Server E & Windows 7

Update: I enabled the hidden administrator account in Win7 and installed Video Server E using that account. Everything works now. I haven't been able to use Video Viewer v.113 to view recordings with my DVR so figure it's not compatible.

    Video Server E & Windows 7

Thanks for the replies, I already tried installing with "run as administrator" and even using the compatibility mode selecting WinXP SP2, but still cannot install Video Server E. Video Viewer installs fine and I can view live video, but I cannot playback any recorded video as mentioned in my original post. Is Video Viewer compatible with my CPCAM 560Z to play back video recorded by motion or time? Also, where do I check for the unsigned activeX on which security tab?
  3. Hi, I just upgraded to Windows 7 and can't get Video Server E to install as it says I need admin rights. I have full admin UAC rights so figure it's not compatible. My DVR is CPCAM 560Z, so I installed Video Viewer ver 113. I can see my cameras, but when I use the Event Search function and search for motion or time search events in the past, nothing plays back. Is Video Viewer v.113 compatible with my DVR CPCAM560 model? Video Server E's event search works perfectly, but I can't get it to install on Windows 7. thanks.
