hi also getting this upgrade error did you sort it please

hi all first post so be careful with me,ive just bought a avtech kpd674 dvr with fw 1007 which i am trying to upgrade to fw 1032,but when i press the upgrade fw button it just says upgrade failure.i have extracted the 1032 fw zip file and put the four files it created on the root of the usb drive...it does connect with the usb drive because it will lets me save my config file before i try upgrading,any ideas please thanks iwol
