Hi again clarkep Yes, I already read the whole manual and check everything I can remember. However, as I mention on initial post, everything looks ok on on Video Server E. (check the pic). So it must be something related to Windows 7. Regards FC

Hi I have a AVTECH AVC760 DVR recorder. I connected it to the Internet and via web browser, I can see the the cams fine using Windows Xp. However when I use Windows 7 all I see is a white screen (using Video Server E on same computer cams are fine). I'm sure this is a software related issue but I don't know how to fix it. So I apreciate any help. Many thanks in advance. FC
