Eyemax software upgrade and password reset

Hello. Just got a new client with an existing Eyemax DV-9060 system. Need to reset the admin password and upgrade the software to the 5.5.13.0 version. So, I have two questions: 1. Password reset..... How please (unless it will clear it when I upgrade) 2. Software upgrade... Do I need a serial number or new license? Should I uninstall the old server software first?
