  1. thanks got it figured out. I see the motion now
  2. What firmware needs to be in ds-2cd2732f-is to make ACC4 provide the motion recording in the setup screen? I made the mistake of loading Hikvision 5.20 FW from the Europe site that was supposed to be English and now my camera menus are in Chinese. Things just got worse. Acc4 still not seeing the motion menus....ugh!
  3. What version of avigilon are you using ? I am still on 4 series of the vms software. If I don't have to upgrade to Acc 5.0 it would be much better for me as I have a lot of files and recordings
  4. Upgraded my cameras and the legacy 4.12 does support them all. Any tips / tricks before I bring down the entire system and start over ? I am running 4 cameras. Two are Axis 3367 and two Hikvison ds-2cd2732f-is. The problem I am trying to fix is have the Hikvisions send the motion alerts. The 4.12 version does not support this Hikvison camera ds-2cd2732f-is. Thus, the reason for the upgrade. I have the license files for the Aviligon and hoping this is smooth as these cams are at a salvage yard and can't keep the system down for long. thanks in advance.
  5. Hello, thanks for the replies. The system was bought after 9/12 and we do have the gateway license. I am not sure if I am up for learning this all over again. Will it automatically know our system was bought after 9/12.
  6. Hello, looking for those that have upgraded to ACC5.02 VMS. Any tips ? Avigilon just send us the latest newsletter and claims to be seemless, just can't have system issues. I have all the licenses for the VMS. I know orginally we had to enter them in ACC4 Thanks in advance.
  7. Wow... That is nice. Too bad pics and vids are hard to find. Cam looks great.
  8. I have a similar scene and have used an axis pP3364-ve and the p3367-ve in this scene. The 3364 is 6mm. I will say though at night with the 3364 you will not see the end of the drive if you want to id faces. I do not know about this 3364-lve, but did have the tc90c20 on my 3364 and the cost was not worth the hassle as i could not direct the IR into the scene where i wanted it. Its lying on a shelf now. I used a raytec vario which works well on my 3367. If i had to do it all over again i would have looked at one of the avigilon Hd bullets. To see at night you wil need lots of light either white light or ir. Without the raytec my night vision was not that good. Until someone posts real life 3364-lve images, I have concerns about the night vision quality. If its like the tc90c's you can do better with a stand a lone illuminator. I did not want to go this route, but it works. I have one the ebay illuminators on my other 3367, but the 3367 with the raytec blowes it away image wise. Hope this helps.....
