    DVR .sv4 file

Thanks FranciscoNET. I tried the methods you mention with no luck. I kept digging and found the ACTUAL manufactures site and downloaded what they suggested and it worked. The name brand of the DVR card is Winbook but I know that is not the manufacturer. It took some digging but I got through it. Thanks for the suggestions though.
  2. Good Evening. I have DVR software that creates .sv4 files. It plays just fine on the DVR software player but I would like to convert and can;t seem to find software that will convert it to .avi or similar. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks.

that spec is just right for ebay crap NO it is not D1 on all. for $9 New. its just crap. if you want a system that works i.e have saved footage / easy download/ easy playback spend a little more money and buy from your country you may need support. I purchased my current one on ebay and it works just fine for the purposes of home DVR usage. I am not looking to break the bank, just looking for simple usage at home. I am capable of configuring and setting the DVR so support is not necessary.

    CCTV Card specs

Hi. no FPS has nothing to do with resolution. if you bought the card i few years ago i should think you have CIF resolution. you need to be looking for D1 cards Just found it online: D1 Resolution - 704 x 480 CIF Resolution - 352 x 240 QCIF Resolution - 176 x 120 I am thinking of purchasing the card with the link on the previous post because I just changed my camera to a 480TV line res and although the image quality is OK,I am thinking maybe my current DVR card can't fully support it. Especially since I am thinking of getting another camera with 550 TV lines.

Disregard I found the specs online. It is 30fps. If I get a 60fps card will it improve resolution?

I have a 4port DVR card I purchased several years ago on ebay. I have it installed in a spare PC at home. How can I determine the FPS on the card?
