Hi i connected DVR to computer but i donot now how i connecter the DVR to router

this ip 192.168.1.10 from the DVR

my DVR ( h.264 ) my os (windows 7 ) now i add the dvr frome system > device manager but he see connect failed like the picuters

i instel CMG software but when i open this program it see device list is empty add your device at system > device manager when i go thear thare is no device to add

Hi i dont understand i try connected the dvr to router (cable) and connect the computer to router (wifi) and type IP it Exists in the dvr but it not work and i try connect the drv to computer in cable and i type the IP he exists in the dvr but it not work please it is important to now how i do this
