  1. Ok I figured out the reason it's not saving for 90 days, which it should do. All cameras are set to Record On Event. We close at 9 PM and open at 9 AM. So between that time there should be no recording, since no one is in the store. But there is. When I looked back at the recordings that are saved, I see that there are a lot of Events saved due to Motion Detection. But there's no motion! There's no one in the store. I don't know what settings changed from the previous installation, and I tried to see if there's anything I could change, but I found nothing. I really need this fixed. Again, any help would be tremendously appreciated.
  2. Hello everyone, We have an Eyemax DVR 9000 series with 10 cameras. We wanted to view the video feed remotely from our mobile devices. But the current version that was installed did not support this feature. Mobile viewing was only available in later versions, so I updated the OS to version 5.5.7. After the update, we can view the feed on our mobile devices fine through an app. The problem is that before the update, 90 days of video was stored on the 1 TB D: Drive. But now, after the update, only about 11 days of video is saved. I know that I chose the D: Drive to be formatted during the new installation. And, when I look at the D: Drive properties, I see that it's almost full (something like 998 GB). But I don't understand why it's only saving 11 days of data. I have the Recycle Disk Space option checked (instead of Use Just Once). But, past that, I can't find anything in the settings menu is relevant to this problem. Any help anyone can provide would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
  3. Hey, My dad owns a store, and he has the Eyemax dvr system setup for surveillance. Recently he asked me to allow for remote viewing from our home, which worked just fine. But it would be easier if we could view it on our iPad/iPhone. I understand that I have to upgrade to version 5.5.0.0 or higher. But I don't know what the update process entails. Am I going to basically lose all of my current settings and recorded video? Is it more of a new installation that an update? The reason I ask is because if it is like a start over, brand new installation type of update, then I'll be more hesitant to update in fear of screwing something up. Any light that could be shed on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
