  1. Budget would be about $200 per camera. How does 2 way audio work on ip cameras. Some of them say they have audio i/o, but what additional hardware do I need to make it work? Essentially my wife would like to be able to listen and talk to the baby in their room.
  2. My wife would like to add a PTZ camera to nursery at home. We currently have a Dahua IP DVR system. I have searched online and can not find a reasonable priced PTZ camera with IR that is ONVIF compliant and works with our existing hardware. We purchased a cheap Foscam PTZ that does a decent job for what we are trying to accomplish, but it will not work with our existing system. Features we are looking for -PTZ -POE -ONVIF compliant -2 way audio -IR
  3. Bueller....Bueller.... anyone have an idea?
  4. I am wondering the same thing. Hopefully someone has some info.

    Howdy!
  6. I used a HDMI over Cat6 extender for my system. I had an IR extender that works with single band signals. Got it from monoprice for under $20.
  7. I have seen it before online, but can not seem to find it again. There was a website that sold metal cover plates for the Axis M10 cameras so you could put them in a single gang box recessed in the wall. I would like to use this for my front door. Can anybody point me in the right direction?

    Minimum Post

I have been a long time lurker and never registered. I have some spare equipment that I was looking to sell and just found out I need a minimum post count to post to the classified section. Are you allowed to tell me how many post I need?
  9. I have those re-branded from an online vendor. They work well. Have 2 of them installed under my eves. I have motion lights in my yard so I do not need the IR.
