What 16ch or 2x 8ch card for Zoneminder or similar?

I'm upgrading the dvr at my only remaining analog building that has 16 cheap dome cameras. Besides the bluecherry cards that sell at a premium are there any other sources for cards that will work with Zoneminder? I'd prefer pcie but pci is ok. I've scoured ebay for the bt878a chip based cards as well as a few others but am not finding anything that will certainly work and don't want to risk getting incompatible cards. Thanks
