I have set up a new NVR (QVIS). The problem I have is that the software i'm using to connect remotrely doesn't seemingly allow me to save onto USB attached to the NVR. Does anyone have any advise. Might I need to buy software?

I'm looking to gauge people's experience with their CCTV system set up using Synology NAS drive or similar?

I will be uploading 1 hour clips at any one time. I may on occasion need to upload 5 hours from any one site a day! I will however ensure the upload speed at the site is as good as I can get hold of!
