Running twisted pair cable with NYY 3X2,5mm in the same tube

Hi everyone, I have a project were I run twisted pair cable along with NYY 3X2,5mm in the same tube. The NYY cable will carry 220 volts and I will be using active baluns for the twisted pair cable. Will htere be a problem with interference because of the 220 volts running in the same tube or the baluns are solving this problem?
