New to this and could use some help

Thanks, I've been poking around with it for the past few weeks on both Windows XP and Ubuntu Desktop 12.04 with not luck on either. This card has caused me so much stress, I'm just going to sell it on Ebay along with the rest of my cameras AS IS and hope to make a little cash for it. Not to mention, only 2 people on this entire forum have been helpful. You, beer30, and some other guy a few weeks back. I can't find his name to give him credit.

Also, I believe this is a Techwell TW-2804 based on what I see and what I have researched, though, I could be wrong. Could someone verify for me?
  3. Hello everyone, I recently came across some cameras and I'd like to find out if they are functioning so I can either use or sell them. If they are functioning, I'd like to setup a small home security system. I have an extra computer that came with, what my research has turned up, to be a dvr card . A Techwell TW2804 I believe. Some of the issues I've been having include: -Finding out if the card is meant to be run under Windows XP or Linux -Finding said card's driver. -Properly identifying the variety of cameras -Powering the cameras -Connecting the cameras to the PC DVR -Finding out if the iPIMS DVR software is compatible with these cameras I hope I can this forum can supply me with the assistance I am looking for so I can continue to educate myself in this interesting field and to help secure my home. I'll post some pictures of the cameras that I have once I get home. I hope you guys can assist me! These are the cameras I have. I have more than just one of each.
  4. I know this topic is a few months old, but has anyone found these drivers? I PM'ed both lkc7579 and PCXDREAM about it a few moments ago and I'm eagerly awaiting a reply. Though, if someone else has them it would save me a lot of time if you could post it! Thanks
