  1. I am running NiceVision Pro ver. 8.0 and having trouble getting the PTZ Engine to allow me control of the PTZ cameras. The PTZ engine is run from one of the DVR's. There are two DVR's, and the DVR with less channels being utilized has the PTZ engine. On the AMS PC I am able to test both DVR's from the Supervisor App and they are able to make a connection. On the Supervisor App when I test the PTZ engine it comes up with the error: Cannot connect to Agent 0 When I run the Sitebuilder App and try to add a New Agent to the PTZ Engine I recieve the error: [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver] The ROLLBACK TRANSACTION request has no corresponding BEGIN TRANSACTION I've thought of upgrading the SQL Server 2k software from SP3 to SP4, not sure if it will make a difference though. Questioned someone that knows SQL better than I do and they guess that the SQL code may have to be changed. A few details: -I recently replaced the Main CPU board for the DVR that isn't running the PTZ Engine. -I changed the RAID unit attached to the DVR that had the CPU replaced. -The DVR that had the components changed is the IP that I'm unable to utilize as a New Agent. -TCP/IP configuration is all correct -All devices on the DVR have drivers and are recognized. -Yes this system is old (2003) and I know it's time to upgrade I'm hoping someone has some experience with old versions of NICE and may be able to help. I've made numerous attempts to resolve this issue, and I'm running out of ideas.
