I bought my CCTV system 3 years ago. It's a Nightwatcher D1 DVR (model NW8D1) with 4 700 TVL cameras. I viewed by cameras using Internet Explorer and a dedicated viewing program called "CMS 3.0" . Since upgrading my laptop to Windows 10 I cannot access the DVR via the browser or CMS. I need an up to date way of viewing the cameras on my Windows 10 laptop. I called Nightwatcher and they said "You need to replace your system." That is completely unacceptable.
