  1. The manual for the Vonnic DVR I purchased leaves a lot to be desired. I've set the system to record motion only on two channels, to test it out, before I mount the other cams and permanently set this thing up. It's a VVR4016HFSD, utilizing the Microcam CMS software. Now maybe I am missing something but from what I can tell it is continually recording rather than just recording motion. In Microcam I can see a timeline, I can drag the pointer to various locations and see nothing but an empty driveway. No motion "only" clips. (Speaking of which, this is one of the things the manual does not mention, is the sensitivity setting. It goes from 1 to 10. They don't say what is least and what is most sensitive) Even the cheaper DVR that I had recorded and maintained a list of clips of events. I could just scan through them and play each one individually. Not so with this DVR / software. Unless I am missing something? Has anyone toyed with Vonnic and knows how the motion detect / software work (or needs to be set up correctly?) Thanks!
