help required
before you start I know what a idiot ive been
im new to the cctv side of things
ive decided to install cctv to my house and purchased a second hand dvr ( as in subject) all was going fine until I thought I would be clever and update the firmware.
to cut a long story short I though the dvr was a 16 channel so I downloaded the service pack for cop symphony 15-sym16 and installed it on my dvr over the internet.
then the problem started
I cannot now access my dvr to do anything at all. all I get is the symphony logo showing I cannot get to logon screen
( ive then realised what I had done).
does anyone know how I can resolve ( I have tried downloading the correct vision but nothing happens)
please if you can help it would be appreciated im at my wits end and the mrs is giving me grief
