Good day, I have the same problem, I even tried creating a new user and the disabling some of the things to see if permissions work and they all did according to what I set them. Basically I can`t get remote playback to work on the web interface at all but the live view works without a problem. Any ideas? On the main server where I have the iVMS4200 installed everything works for all users created. Thank you
