coming from the camera are the following coloured wires red black grey yellow green white then wrapped in foil are purple brown blue orange the above then splits into two, one being power which has the following colours red green black white the other being the female rj45 connector which has colours yellow brown purple grey blue orange the question is the rj45 connectors have corroded so I need to crimp the yellow brown purple grey blue orange into a new male rj45 connector can anyone tell me the right sequence of wire colouring that should go to which terminal number 1 - 8 on a new rj45 connector

is there a pause in recording when using motion detection ? That's one way you can set it up. what other ways can you set it up

so basically it only records when movement is detected
