Thanks! It is finally working! I just needed to add the custom port at the end of the IP address.

Thanks, Well, it's all was as described, and just to make sure I did triple check. Nothing changes... Any other idea?

Port 4550 was enable. I just check again and it visible. About port 1080, I change it in the software (under webcam server) to 1080, didn't really understand the different between 'port forwarding' and 'translate'. Tanks,
  4. Hello, I'm having a GV-800 PC Card working with software 8.5.6.0. I enable all necessary setting to be able to watch the cameras remotely: make sure I have ports 8866, 5511, 8554, 1080 (instead of default port 80 duo to conflict with other computer) forwarding configurations correctly and make sure they are all visible on www.canyouseeme.org , enable JPG etc. I have no problem watching the camera remotely single and multiview from any PC . The problem starting when I'm trying to watch it on my Samsung Galaxy S3 GT-9300, Android 4.1.2 I'm entering all the correct parameters (IP, port, User & password) I get black screen for short time and then 'cannot connect'. If I open the browser on my smartphone and entering the IP as I do on a PC, I can watch it like on a desktop. The problem is it's in 10 sec delay, only one camera at the time and very cumbersome. I also try it with "IP Cam Viewer Basic" and couldn’t connect the cameras. On an iPhone using iOS 7.1.4 it works perfectly! Anyone have an idea?
