  1. To all, I fixed the non http access to the cam (After modifying the http port) by installing the latest v520 firmware with tftpserv. I am now back to the initial situation , meaning I can access the cam on my local network, but not from outside / remote, this is why according some litterature I had modified the http port from 80 to 8081. Thanks for your help
  2. Hi, didn't work either with https://192.x.y.z:443 Ah, a 2132 (the title was 3132), then you are out of luck, there's no reset button I know of. Have you tried using the https port (or is that changed too). To access that, use https instead of http and put :443 at the end. I think it's just a flaw in 5.1.6, change the port number and it goes bad.
  3. OK, this is the first time I install an IP cam and not familiar with firmware updates My DS-2CD3132-I cam is currently at a Master version : V5.1.6 build 140412 & Encoded version : V5.0 build 140411 What is the right firmware / digicap.dav version I need to use and from where I should download it ? Put the firmware file digicap.dav in the directory in the TFTP server. The IPC will take the file from the TFTP.
  4. Hi catseyenu, This is Master version : V5.1.6 build 140412 & Encoded version : V5.0 build 140411 STJL, which firmware is installed?
  5. Hi buellwinkle, no I can't locate a reset button and spent time to look after it very carefully
  6. iTuneDVR Not sure I fully understand what to do 1: you want me to set my PC IP address to 192.0.0.128 for my Ethernet connection to the cam , is that correct ? if yes I know how to do it 2: I have downloaded TFP server, but do not understand and or how to do "run TFTP server with digicap.dav file in directory" , can you expand please ? If you can not get through to the camera, then make TFTP restore your camera and all the issues resolved themselves. PC LAN = 192.0.0.128 run TFTP server with digicap.dav file in directory reboot IPC and watch the messages After succes close TFTP!
  7. Thanks iTuneDVR, I've installed and executed the Client Demo prog, trying to understand the way it works, but so far it doesn't not detect my cam
  8. Nope, can't locate any pinholes, I did look for it very carefully , there is that small battery, that I can't even remove, it's soldered on the board !!!
  9. Hi Spark, Yes I have added the 8081 port to the camera IP, The SADP utility detects the camera in question for roughly 1 minute to finally desappearing and can only reappear when stopping and restarting SADP, but unless I'm wrong, the only port showned in SADP is the service port which is equal to 8000, I do not see a way to change the Http port through SADP !! Am I wrong ?
  10. Hi, For test purpose, I changed the Http port from 80 to 8081 on a Hikvision DS-2CD3132-I and since I can't access it any more and can't changed to http port back to 80, I do not find any reset button What should I do ?, what is the solution ? Thank you for your help
