  1. Hi all! I support computers normally but every now and again I am asked to figure out why the software or a DVR at the heart of a bunch of security cameras isn't working properly. Amazingly the installers of the physical network never have any clue so I usually get by with a bit of Googling. Sometimes (like now) that isn't enough so I was wondering if the members of this forum might be able to help from time to time. One of the companies I support has just had a new DVR installed. To view the feeds the boss just has to put in the correct IP into his browser and login. The interface with all the controls and menus pops up fine but we find that we can only view one cam feed at a time by selecting it from a dropdaown box. However it is much more practical see all of them on the one screen together at the same time. I've looked all over the interface but have no clue how to make this happen even though I would have thought it would be obvious. So can anyone help me out here? The boss sure won't be happy if it's not possible, haha! According to the software the system info is: DVR Model : 16CH / 480FPS WEB Version : WEB_v1.20_1.2.3.8_111215 ...and the DVR itself looks just like the one in this link: http://www.vipra.org.in/products/cctv/16channeldvr-big.jpg Here's a screenshot of the interface. https://www.dropbox.com/s/8ws4ch6ppkruu97/CCTV.JPG MANY THANKS IN ADVANCE!!
