The poe switch is connected to one of the poe ports on the nvr. The switch and all the IP cameras are on the subnet 192.168.254.xxx. -

I have a DS7732NI-SP with 26 cameras, 12 of which are connected to POE directly and the rest are behind 2 switches. The problem is that the NVR can only see 16 cameras. For the ones behind the switch i can do custom adding and manually add the ip and it will work so as long as the camera numbers are 16. Cameras 17 and above will give a "Network unreachable" error. If anyone has any input. Thanks.
