Where can I find the 3.21 firmware for an NVR7864-RH in English/NTSC ?

Hi, got a Dahua NVR7864-RH and 33x Dahua SD6A220-HNI. Trying to setup the system so that motion only is recorded but the systems is not recording it. Did the following settings in the NVR Setup-Event-Video Detect-enable for all channels, Setup period for 24/7 - all days, anti-dither 0, Region - not sure do I have to select a box to included it in motion or exclude it, check mark for record channel, delay 10 Setup-Storage-Schedule, select motion only for all channels (yellow bars). So why is the systems not recording for motion events? The system does record 24/7 when set on the schedule to regular but I don't want that.

Hi, being new to security cameras we're in the process of planning to deploy several IR PTZ cameras outdoors. They're rated for -30 Celsius which is fine for most of the time. A few times during winter we gets cold snaps of -40 Celsius that last a few days. My questions is what will this do to the cameras? Will they just stop working and continue once it's warms up again? Will there be any physical damage to the camera? Thanks for any advise.
