  1. For accessing with a web browser you need to use the web port (by default 80), not the data port (by default 8000). First time you access the camera you will need to install an ActiveX, which might be tricky. You might want to use Chrome or Firefox, I think it is easier (the first time it will make you download an EXE file, and run it one time). Thanks Mindtwist, everthing works perfectly, on port 80
  2. I also found that it's not ptz ; the seller told me it was, so i did look for a problem at first and not a missing function.. Camera is not accessible via web ( IE ) ( http ://192.168.4.201:8000 ) even with the 'web components' installed.. but with ivms, everything is fine..
  3. Hi, I'm new on the forum and I just got a DS-2CD3132-i. The camera is working on V5.1.6_140612. SADP went ok, detected the camera in a blink of an eye, setup my IP., Installed iVMS-4200, added the camera, can see the picture.. but.... the PTZ dosen't work ! I can click on the arrows to move the camera, but nothing happen.. every other function for the setup, CCD etc work, but PTZ not.. anyone has a clue? I almost pulled all the hair of my head.. thanks, Marc
