Hello, I have 2 offices, both have Zicom MINI HYBRID DVR's, both work well on my mobile. I wanted to view cameras of my 1st office in my 2nd office and vice-versa that too on a Monitor/LCD without a Computer. I heard there are some settings to do in the DVR, if this is true then please Guide me. Thanks.

Hello Guys I had a hikvision DVR, I could view my cams on my mobile too, but now its not working so I bought a Zicom mini hybrid DVR, How do I get it online, Online means I want it to view on my mobile, I have a D-link 600-L Router. Please help.

Hello guys Wanted to know whether I can use my laptop as a TV or monitor screen by connecting mY DVR to my laptop via a HDMI cable. I know I can view remotely by IVMS, but still wanted to know if I can do this stuff of using my laptop as a monitor . Thanks

Heyy...I wanted to know whether we can replace/change a 6mm lens on a hikvision 720tvl analog bullet camera. I heard the image quality of a new camera gets dull and blurd kinda after few months/years. So wanted to make sure what's the exact thing...and also wanted to know the difference between dis and CCD cameras. Can the lens get changed on both CCD and dis?. Thanks

Yeah I know.. I wanted to know whether if I change the DVR brand , like I put zicom cameras and hikvision DVR..will the clarity change or will it be the same of zicom cameras with zicom dvr

Hey guys I have 2 offices...at the 1st one I have all hikvision cameras and a hikvision DVR with ivms on my mobile. For my 2nd office I'm planning to install the normal zicom bullet cameras and thought of keeping a hikvision DVR instead of zicom as I can see all cams of office 1&2 on my mobile\tablet through ivms all on one screen. By putting up zicom cameras and a hikvsion dvr., does the clearity change or it shouldnt be a problem or will it be good to put zicom cameras with a zicom DVR. Thanks

Thanks guys... I have a 8channel DVR with all 8 slots full at my old office and plannin the same at my new office and I have normal bullet cameras and not the IP cameras. Any other solution guys?

Hello guys. I have 1 hikvison DVR at my office. Everything online with a static IP And now setting up cctv at my 2nd office with a new internet connection same as my 1st office. I wanted to know whether I can view the 1st CCTV setup in my new office without a CPU or laptop. If yes then plz say whether I wud need a same hikvision DVR or it can work out with any other company DVR. My requirement is I want to view all cameras on 1 screen while am at office and when I don't carry my laptop etc. Thanks

Thanks Mate, Other than all this any sugggestions what would be the best models in Hikvision with 700tvl or whatever is the best with both near and far visibilities. And yeah any particular models in 16 slot Hikvision DVR or any Hikvision DVR would work with good cameras for good quality. Help from others also are welcome. Thanks

Hello I needed help on installing a new CCTV setup at my gas station in India. I have 2 options i.e Hikvision and CP plus. My requirement is I needed 15 metre range bullets near the petrol machines for vehicles number plate visiblity and few 30 metre range which can cover long distances entrance/exit of the premises. 1)Which would be the best suitable for me? 2)What HEIGHTS should the camera should be fixed at 3)Wanted to know difference between DIS and Sony ccd cameras according to my requirement which would be the best. Heard DIS doesnt give good pictures after a couple of months. 4)Main requirement is number plate visibilty of vehicle in day light and night with less light and also should be able to view faces of people( customers and staff) visiting the gas station. ANd yeah wanted to know how much TVL cameras etc would be the best. In India there are more number of bikes also, so their number plates are v small in size. Please suggest according to it.
