Recently purchased and installed a Proline UK DRV model PR 787D and some 16 PR 858EIC cameras, the problem started with the cameras 3cameras have Video Loss after some minutes and 1 camera has total video loss nothing shows, the DVR was working well however last week i noted one of the tiles on the 16 grid showed a white tile and then another white tile ... we tried to format the HD thereafter the DRV failed to Boot and does not show signs of powering up any help ? please
