  1. Hi! I'm asking because I recently replaced my Seagate 3TB hard drive. Luckily, it still had warranty. It recorded 16 channels 24/7 and was set to overwrite once full. It was installed less than a year ago.

    HDD status error, help please

My cctv installers updated the drive twice to "fix" it. They didn't succeed. Replaced the hard drive myself, it's recording again Thank you MindTwist and Don Stephens! " title="Applause" />
  3. Hi! newbie here, so sorry if I don't know what stuff are called. DVR has been working fine for almost a year now. I review the recordings once a week but yesterday I found out that there was nothing recorded in there, everything was gone. The HDD status showed error. I tried restarting it, hdd status went back to normal and was recording again. Today, the status was back to error and it showed no recordings. Restarted it again, HDD status went back to normal and I saw that it only recorded for a few minutes since restarting it yesterday. Anyone here knows what could be causing the problem?
