  1. Hi all, Whats the best method of mounting an IP camera flush to a brick wall without seeing the cables and connections. Ive been looking into up-grading from Analog dome cameras to IP. I have seen various makes online but they never have many pictures of the rear of the camera units. Allthough I like the idea of P.O.E single cable connection, the RJ45 connection units on the camera fly leads look massive. Can these be hidden inside the units? Looking at the size of the connectors I would estimate having to drill a 25mm - 30mm hole in the wall to pass all the connections through in to the floor void to connect up, which I don't really want to do. The domes I have at the moment have an optional space that fits between the camera body and the wall and you can tuck all connections inside these nicely , is there such thing availiable for the IP type camera?
  2. Can any one tell me what the RTSP port number is on the above DVR. I am trying to setup remote viewing on my iPhone 4 with the ipolis app but can not see the RTSP port number on the DVR`s network menu anywhere. The manual has no information on this either.??
  3. Can anyone suggest any apps for my Nokia Lumia windows phone so I can remote view my Samsung SRD-840P DVR from out side my home network. Seems to be lots to choose from for iphone and android phones but not much in the windows store for the windows phone. I am a newbie to this sort of thing so go easy. Any advice appreciated.
