  1. I'm looking at two IP camera systems to use around the house. The two systems I think I've narrowed it down to would be either: Swann NVR4-7300 - 4x 3MP cameras and a 8 channel NVR. OR Buy 4x Hikvision DS-2CD2032-I from some place like wrightwoodsurveillance.com and buy a Hikvision NVR. If I go with option two is there a particular NVR I should buy? Wrightwood seems only have 2-3 models and one of them are sold out at the moment.
  2. hello cctv forum! I'm completely new to security camera's and looking for suggestions on a decent camera setup. I'd like to keep the budget around $400-600 and needing 3 camera's. One camera to cover the front of my house, front door, garage door. A second camera to cover the shed in the back yard (shed faces house with no windows). The last camera I'd like to be able to pick up license plates of cars that drive by the house, the road is about 50-75 feet from the house. I've briefly looked at the Samsung 720p 4 camera setup at Sams Club and have seen others recommend Hikvision DS-2CD3332-I cameras but I'm not sure what I need to build a complete system. I really want at least 720, but a 1080p system would be preferred if I can do it within that price range. What do you guys suggest?
