  1. Thanks for the info. This is contrary to what the Tier 2 Tech support lady told me during the upgrade session. She said that this has never happened before and I should be able to view all previous footage as well. But it's of little consequence. It performs as expected now.
  2. Not sure if anyone else needs this but I just went through tier 2 tech support to update the firmware on my Costco Swann system to get remote playback working on the Swannview Plus Android app. This update fixed it but allows one to remotely play back only recordings from after the firmware update, at least for me. v3.0.8 build 140919 was on my NVR from the factory.
