    Info about Foutec vendor

Foutec was a fantastic manufacturer up until about November 2017. it is now April 2018 and I am having dozens of cameras fail. Both IR on some and total fails. Foutec wanted to send me some IR's to replace and wanted me to get installers t remove, pack, send to me, me send to China.... to repair. With the cost of labour here in AU.... this is just impossible. They will not refund or replace cameras one for one. This could send some businesses broke depending on your business model and size and how far you are 'in' Beware....... get a good warranty offering company in case of batch fails!
  2. Hi all, Long time reader... 1st time poster. I have a batch of cameras that can be seen in the web browser, accessed, edited, saved ... etc all perfectly.... but the NVR SEARCH will not detect them. I have this ONVIF NVR that works perfect with every camera... up to now: http://www.aevision.com.cn/product1/show-343.html I then got these generic IP cameras.... nothing stands out as different... see: 1/2.8" SONY2.4MP High-resolution CMOS Sensor Main Stream:1080P/720P@25fps IXM222+Hi3516C; Audio $7(G.711A) 2.8-12mm lens; 36pcs IR leds Any idea why the NVR won't 'see' theses cameras??? NVR is running other aomnivision/Hi3516C cameras in 720 perfectly. Many thanks for any help.... ready to go to the nut farm with this one
