    Hi, I use the software AVTECH CMS TRIDENT,i can see my DVR,but i still have 2 problems,first,i can see my cameras remotely ( internet ) but i can't see anything in local ! and also i use PTZ normally with internet explorer or video viewer,but not with this software,i read " ptz not supported" ?!. Thank you !

    Hi, I have almost the same problem,i'm looking for a good software to monitore my AVTECH DVR's,i used video viewer,but i did'nt like it,i tried to use Avtech CMS,but it does'nt work,i don't know why,so can u tell if u have found a good software or a solution for your problem ? Thank you !!
