  1. I have had this problem shortly after purchase....and after threatening vendor ...after 30 calls for support...he called me some instructions with set procedure for unplugging dvr waiting plugging back in ,while holding down ID....and another button....since then ,they don't return calls etc...,i have tried default password instr etc...it just keeps rebooting until the bar is almost complete but not quite and then reboots...retired,disabled...and i asked for simple stuff......any help i be greatful for.....6 months on this....
