  1. Try to contact with the seller. They gonna do it.
  2. Basically, every warranty policy concerns faults and malfunctions that results of production or the operation of the device. You can make a claim if you meet all the terms and conditions of the guarantee or warranty. If you buy a TV and you open the case and cut the wires it is not the manufacturer or the dealers responsibility to repair it, however they gonna do it, but not for free.

    ZXTECH mini NVR reviews ?

Hi. I have got a ZXtech IP camera system with an 8 channel Zxtech mini NVR (2TB). Before I bought my system I've made a research on the web and in forums as well. ZXtech is a valuable brand has developed for about three years. The cameras have SONY chipsets that means you get a really good quality and they have wide range of products. I have chosen ZXtech from Domar. I have replaced my old analog D1 system with this IP kit. I've recieved the kit on the next day and it was easy to set the system up cause everything is plug&play. I watched my property with my mobile during my holiday (P2P). The quality of the picture is really beautiful. You can zoom in a lot. Btw I have 2MP cameras. I have bought another kit for my parents with two ZXtech Baby Bullet IP and built-in PoE NVR (500gb) a month ago. My father installed the cameras on the wall, but I called Domar and asked them for remote setup service because of my father's age and my schedule. According to him it took some minutes only for them to set up the router, the computer and the whole system. So all in all, they are specialist. " title="Applause" /> They give 1yr warranty for the products. A friend of mine looking for a CCTV kit now. He knows my system but he prefers the zxtech AHD analog systems with megapixel cameras cause he want to change the DVR first for an AHD compatible one and then the cameras one by one. Jmz,
