I have a Logitech Alert system that I am thinking of replacing... if there is another viable option. The Alert cameras have spiked in price on eBay, and I could sell them and easily pay for a more modern, hopefully better supported system. (Amcrest, Foscam, Lorex, Swann....?). The system I would use would need to be networked either wirelessly or a Powerline network
To be clear... this is just for my house.... check on kids, yard, garage, etc from my phone or computer while I'm gone.
Anyone have any thoughts on the Alert system vs a replacement? I"d likely have 3 outdoor and 3-4 indoor cameras... I currently have 3 Alert cameras with 4 more brand new I was planning to install.
